By accessing verzess.com or purchasing VERZESS products, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Products and specifications

Product specifications, datasheets and images on this website are provided for general information. They may be updated as products evolve. Final specifications for an order are agreed in the quotation.

3. Orders and quotations

• Quotations are valid for the period stated (typically 30 days) unless withdrawn.
• Orders are confirmed only after written acceptance by VERZESS.
• Lead times shown are estimates and may vary with logistics and component availability.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted in the agreed currency and Incoterm. Payment terms are stated per quotation. Ownership of goods transfers to the buyer only after full payment.

5. Warranty

VERZESS provides a standard 5-year warranty on inverters and batteries, extendable to 10 years for registered installations. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under specified installation and operating conditions, as detailed in the product warranty certificate.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VERZESS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including loss of profits, data or energy production.

7. Website use

Content on this website is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission. Product images and datasheets may be used by authorised partners for resale promotion.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
