What is the minimum order quantity?
No MOQ for the first qualification order — we start with a container-sharing or sample shipment while you validate the market.
Do you offer exclusive territories?
Yes. Authorised distributors receive protected regions. Exclusivity is earned — typically reviewed after a 3-month trial period with committed volumes.
What is the product warranty and RMA process?
Inverters ship with a 5-year warranty (10-year option), batteries with 5–10 years. Failed units are replaced upfront, and our engineers support diagnosis remotely before any return.
How fast is technical support at outages?
Our engineering channel targets under-60-minute first response during business hours and same-hour escalation in emergencies. Regional partners can schedule on-site commissioning support.
Can I start with demo units only?
Absolutely — that is exactly how most of our partners start. Demo-unit credit is available after the qualification call.
